How It Works

Memorial charms are created to order using ashes or hair and are designed to be fitted onto permanent jewellery.

The process is handled with care at every stage, from creation through to delivery, ensuring your charm is ready to be fitted professionally once it reaches you.

The Process

  1. You place your order and choose your memorial charm (sterling silver or gold filled), including size and loop style
  2. If you would like a specific colour incorporated into your charm, you can note this in the order notes at checkout
  3. After ordering, you send the ashes or hair to me — tracked shipping is strongly recommended
  4. I order your chosen charm setting from my supplier
  5. Once received, I carefully create your memorial insert using Padico UV resin, a premium, high-quality resin widely used in memorial jewellery
  6. Your completed charm is securely packaged and shipped to you via tracked delivery (included in the price)
  7. Once received, you arrange fitting directly with Aries Permanent Jewellery

Turnaround & Shipping

All memorial charms are made to order.

Please allow 1–3 weeks for creation, depending on current order volume and supplier lead times.

Once complete, your charm (or charms) will be shipped to you via a tracked service, with tracking details provided.

Tracked shipping is included in the price.

  • Permanent jewellery fitting is not included

  • Due to the nature of memorial work, orders are non-refundable once creation has begun
