  • Postal and courier services, to deliver your order

  • Suppliers or print partners, when fulfilling certain curated or drop-shipped items

I keep order records and correspondence for up to 7 years, as required for accounting and business purposes.
Photos, messages, or materials sent for design reference are deleted or destroyed once your order is complete and safely delivered, unless you’ve requested me to store them for a future order.

Physical inclusions (such as ashes, hair, or flowers):

  • Are handled with care and respect.

  • Any unused materials are returned with your finished keepsake.

  • I do not store or keep any inclusions after your order is complete unless you have given written consent.

Your data is stored securely through Shopify’s encrypted servers and my password-protected business systems.
I take care to ensure all files, photos, and communication are kept private and accessible only to me.
