🌿 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for ordering from Handmade by Christine.
Whether you’re purchasing a handmade keepsake, a curated gift, or a memorial piece, your order will always be handled with care and sent via a tracked delivery service for peace of mind.


💜 1. General Information

  • All orders are shipped via tracked and signed-for services (usually Yodel, Evri, or courier, depending on the product and supplier).

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • If your order contains multiple items from different collections, you may receive more than one parcel.

  • All delivery estimates are approximate — handmade and resin-based pieces require curing and drying time, which can vary.


🌸 2. Handmade by Christine (Custom Keepsakes)

Processing Time

  • Custom keepsakes are created in the order materials are received.

  • Standard turnaround is up to 6 months from the date I confirm receipt of your inclusions.

  • This timeframe accounts for design time, drying, resin curing, and final finishing.

Delivery Method

  • All keepsakes are sent via tracked services, depending on item value.

  • You will be notified as soon as your keepsake ships, with full tracking details.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Once dispatched, parcels are in the care of the postal or courier service.

  • Please keep your tracking details safe; Handmade by Christine is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit, though I’ll always help where possible.


🌼 3. Curated by Christine (Selected & Sourced Products)

Items in this range are shipped directly from my studio.

Shipping Times

  • Orders typically dispatch within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • You will always receive tracking information once your parcel is on the way.

  • If your order includes handmade and curated items together, they may ship separately.

Delivery Methods

All curated products are shipped via tracked services.
Suppliers may use Yodel, Evri, or courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


🌺 4. Memories by Christine (Ashes, Hair, Flowers, Umbilical Cord & Restoration)

Sending Your Materials

Customers are responsible for securely posting their materials to me using a tracked postal service as detailed in the How to Send Your Materials guide.
Please do not send any materials until your booking is confirmed and I have advised that I’m ready to receive them.

Return of Materials and Finished Keepsakes

  • Finished keepsakes are always sent via tracked delivery.

  • Unused inclusions are carefully packaged and returned with your order.

  • I will notify you when your parcel has shipped and provide tracking details.


✉️ 5. Missed Deliveries or Address Errors

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional postage costs will apply for re-shipment.

  • Once a parcel shows as delivered by the carrier, Handmade by Christine cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing after delivery.


🌿 6. International Orders

Currently, international delivery is available by prior arrangement only.
Please contact me before placing an order so I can confirm shipping options, costs, and customs requirements — especially for items containing ashes, hair, or organic materials.


🌻 7. Delivery Delays

While I use reliable tracked services, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, postal strikes, or high seasonal demand.
I’ll always do my best to support you and help track any delayed parcel, but I cannot be held responsible for courier or postal delays outside my control.
